The Agile Central Connectivity issues that occurred for users in California were the result of an (ISP) outage.

The issue with Agile Connectivity has been restored.  The issue seems to be related to a network issue with our Content Delivery Network vendor.  We are working with our CDN provider to determine a root cause.
