Minor performance issues with Rally

The performance issue has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
We are currently experiencing some minor performance issues with Rally.  The dev/ops team is aware and investigating the issue.  Should you have issues it is recommended you log out and back in again to the application.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Missing Navigation Menu

The issue with personalized navigation has been resolved.  Please use the following steps to enable personalized navigation if needed.

  1. Select your profile photo, then select New Features.
  2. Select the box next to Personalized_Navigation and select Save
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.  
We are aware of an issue causing the navigation menus in Rally to be missing. The issue is related to the navigation setting for the user. Currently, it appears that they were using Personalized Navigation which is the cause of the issue. We will need to disable it to resolve the issue. I will include the steps to do so below.

  1. Change the end of the URL where it states the page name to notfounderror which will display a 404 error, but you should show your avatar picture in the upper right.
    1. for example rally1.rallydev.com/#/XXXXXXXXXXXXud/dashboard to rally1.rallydev.com/#/XXXXXXXXXXXXud/notfounderror
  2. Click the image in the upper right and select "New Features..." from the dropdown list
  3. Disable "Personalized Navigation"
  4. After it has been disabled use the browsers back arrow to return to the page you were on, and it should include the menu items.
This will result in having to use the default navigation method while this issue is investigated.
